B.A.Y. Family Cleaning is guided by two co-owners who bring different professional backgrounds, strengths, and experiences to the company.

One of our co-owners proudly served 10 years in the U.S. Air Force, followed by 16 years in IT Security. She brings military discipline, integrity, and an exceptional eye for detail to every cleaning project.

Her fellow co-owner brings more than 25 years of management experience and is also the owner of a successful tax consulting business. His meticulous attention to detail, diplomatic leadership style, and commitment to excellence help ensure every customer receives outstanding service and clear communication from start to finish.

Together, they combine military discipline, decades of leadership experience, and a shared passion for creating clean, healthy, and peaceful spaces for every client we serve.
