Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Move cleanings require the home to be fully vacated before our arrival. This includes the removal of all furniture, personal belongings, food, dishes, trash, and items inside cabinets, drawers, closets, and appliances.

B.A.Y. Family Cleaning does not provide packing, organizing, junk removal, or trash-out services. If the home is not ready for cleaning, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment, adjust the price, or decline service.

Cleaning is limited to the services included in your estimate. Additional requests may require additional time, charges, or a separate appointment.

Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. If the size or condition of the property differs significantly from what was described, we reserve the right to revise the estimate or decline service.

B.A.Y. Family Cleaning does not clean homes with active pest infestations, including but not limited to roaches, bed bugs, fleas, or rodents. If an active infestation is discovered upon arrival or during the cleaning, we reserve the right to discontinue or decline service.

Customers are encouraged to participate in a final walkthrough. If unavailable, the cleaning will be considered complete when our team finishes, and payment remains due.

Once complete, if you have concerns about your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours so we have the opportunity to review and address the issue.
