A move-out cleaning is a comprehensive cleaning service performed when a tenant or homeowner is preparing to leave a property. The goal is to restore the home to a clean, move-in-ready condition for the next occupant.

Stovetop – grates, burners, drip pan
Oven Exterior - Sides scrubbed and floor underneath vacuumed/mopped
Hood Vent – Exterior
Refrigerator Exterior – Tops, Sides, Door Seal, Floor underneath vacuumed/mopped
Dishwasher – Exterior
Microwave – Interior, Exterior, Turntable
Cabinets/Drawers – Exterior Face Front and Handles, Interior Shelves and Drawer
Countertops – Full surface and backsplash
Sink – Basin, Faucet
Walls – Cleaning of food, grease, and other splatters, where possible
Floor – Swept and mopped
Toilet – bowl, seat, base, tank exterior
Shower/Tub – walls, tiles, floor, glass doors
Vanity Sink – basin, faucet, under-sink
Mirror – full surface
Exhaust fan cover – Dusted and cleaned
Cabinets/Drawers – Exterior Face Front and Handles, Interior Shelves and Drawer
Light fixtures - dusted
Floor – swept/mopped
Baseboards – Scrubbed and wiped
Door and door frame – wiped both sides
Closets - Shelves, baseboards, floor
Doors and door frames - dusted and wiped
Walls – Light scrubbing to remove minor scuffs and marks, where possible
Windows Interiors – glass and frames
Windowsills – dusted and wiped
Baseboards – full perimeter wipe
Vents – dusted
Floor - vacuumed/mopped
Ceiling Fans (if applicable) - blades dusted and wiped

Please Note: During the fall and winter months, we are currently servicing 1–2 bedroom homes only. As a result, your cleaning team will typically consist of 1–2 cleaners, rather than the three cleaners mentioned in the video.
Move cleanings require the home to be fully vacated before our arrival. This includes the removal of all furniture, personal belongings, food, dishes, trash, and items inside cabinets, drawers, closets, and appliances.
B.A.Y. Family Cleaning does not provide packing, organizing, junk removal, or trash-out services. If the home is not ready for cleaning, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment, adjust the price, or decline service.
B.A.Y. Family Cleaning currently services residential homes with 1–3 bedrooms only. Quotes are based on the actual size of the home. We do not offer partial-home or individual room cleaning services. If the home's size differs from the information provided or falls outside our scope of service, B.A.Y. Family Cleaning reserves the right to revise the quote or cancel the appointment at our discretion.
For the safety of our staff and clients, B.A.Y. Family Cleaning does not provide cleaning services in homes with active pest infestations, including but not limited to roaches, mice, fleas, bedbugs, or similar pests. If evidence of an infestation is discovered upon arrival or during service, we reserve the right to immediately discontinue and terminate the cleaning appointment. Any applicable cancellation or service fees may still apply.
